NO! Unlike what you’ve seen on the big screen, you aren't really locked in the room. You can leave at any time to take a call, use the restroom, or get some fresh air. Your room master will review emergency exits with you before your game begins.
No. Our experiences are intended to be humorous and not scary in nature (with the exception of Your Ded). Nothing in our rooms is designed to jump out at you. However, we cannot speak for your teammates.
Although we would love to see you put your superpowers to use, our escape room games are designed for all skill levels. No knowledge is required.
Our escape games are meant to challenge you mentally, not physically. Please do not force anything open, dismantle anything, or remove attached items. All clues move easily and are checked and reset between games to ensure correct functioning.
Please dress comfortably! Escape rooms are intended to be active and immersive. We recommend clothing that allows you to move freely and easily. Closed-toed shoes are recommended. Clown shoes are frowned upon.
Unless you enjoy sitting at the DMV for fun in your spare time, we highly recommend reserving your game time in advance. Our games frequently fill up and we cannot guarantee walk-in availability.
We ask that your team arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time to check-in, complete the waiver, and review the game rules. This ensures that the check-in process does not interfere with your game time (and that your game time will not interrupt the next group).
If you are running a few minutes late, Get Out Of My Escape Room reserves the right to reduce your game time to be fair to the players in the following time slot. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied admittance. A refund is not guaranteed.
Escape rooms are designed to be played with a team, party, or at the very least, another person. Our rooms require communication skills and team problem-solving.
No, not unless you have that number of people in your team! Please only purchase tickets for the number of people in your group.
At Get Out Of My Escape Room, the more participants, the merrier! However, our rooms are not Mary Poppins’ purse or the TARDIS and we do have a maximum capacity for safety reasons. Groups larger than 12 people should contact us directly for special planning.
No. All room bookings are private.
Our rates are $36 per person for full length rooms, which last 60 minutes, and $24 per person for our mini room, which lasts 30 minutes. You must reserve at least two tickets to book any room.
Part of the fun of these challenges is that there is a real possibility that you won’t solve the puzzles before time runs out. Don’t worry, you won’t be locked in forever. However, you may have a bruised ego and a fierce determination to redeem yourself to earn your bragging rights.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to come back to redeem yourself if you lost in a previous attempt. However, each ticket is good for only one attempt, so you’ll need to purchase another ticket. We also have a variety of escape rooms to choose from. Try to escape them all!

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for canceled bookings or for team members who are unable to attend. However, you may reschedule your booking with 24-hours notice.

Our escape rooms are conveniently located in San Antonio, about 15 minutes north of the San Antonio Riverwalk and 10 minutes from the San Antonio Airport. We are located at 15683 San Pedro, San Antonio, TX 78232.
Unlike many of the scarier, adult-themed escape rooms in San Antonio, our themes are meant to be lighthearted and fun with humor infused throughout (with the exception of Your Ded). Our themes are intended to be family and kid-friendly. However, due to the nature of our puzzles, younger children may find some of our rooms to be too difficult. Our recommended age for most of our rooms is 12 and up. However, The Purrfect Plan was designed to be enjoyable for younger children to participate with their families. All children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Yes! We are pleased to announce that we offer one of San Antonio’s ONLY kid-friendly escape rooms, The Purrfect Plan. This is a fully family-friendly room. Kids of all ages are welcome to challenge themselves and make the choice between cats and dogs to either defeat or help Dr. Grimalkin with his master plan. All children MUST be accompanied by an adult. Note: Don't be fooled. The Purrfect Plan was designed to appeal to children, but this is no glorified play place. This room offers challenging puzzles for players to enjoy with (or without) their kids.
No. Kids are gross. Unless they’re your kids, who are precious. You can bring your little angels along, but we won’t foist anyone else’s little goblins on you. We also won’t judge you if you leave the kids at home (properly supervised, of course).
Yes. Parking is easy and free…unless you’re parallel parking…then it’s harder.
